Please read before booking. By submitting a booking request you agree to these terms.
- Driver requirements
Driving licence: a valid Malaysian or Singaporean licence is accepted. Licences issued in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Myanmar may be used to rent in Malaysia; if the licence is not in English or Malay, a certified English translation may be required. Drivers from non-ASEAN countries must hold an International Driving Permit (IDP); China licence holders may use an IDP or a certified English translation. Eligibility: any driver with a valid, legally recognised licence may be eligible, subject to the Company's verification and approval. The Company may approve or decline any rental application based on its internal verification and risk assessment. - Booking & payment
A booking is confirmed only after the quote is accepted and the required payment is received. Prices are quoted in MYR and include [taxes/fees as listed in the quote]. - Security deposit

The car is delivered with the fuel level recorded at pickup and must be returned at the same level. Missing fuel is charged at the pump price plus a service fee of RM20. - Mileage
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day. Excess mileage is charged at RM1 per km. - Insurance & damage
Vehicles carry the insurance required by Malaysian law. The renter is liable for the excess of up to RM3,500 per incident, and for full costs where damage results from a breach of these terms (e.g. drink-driving, unlicensed drivers, off-road use). In case of an accident, do not make a police report yourself — contact us immediately. - Permitted use
Only the registered drivers may drive. No smoking, no transporting illegal goods, no racing, towing or sub-letting. A cleaning fee of RM15–RM500 applies depending on the level of dirt, odour or smoking. - Fines, tolls & parking
The renter pays all traffic fines, tolls, parking and any related administrative fee of RM50 incurred during the rental, including those notified after return. - Cross-border travel
Driving outside Malaysia (including to Singapore) is not allowed. Unauthorised cross-border use voids insurance cover. - Cancellation & changes
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit 50% of the rental fee. Changes are subject to availability. - Breakdown & replacement
Call us first if the car breaks down. Do not authorise repairs without our approval. A replacement car is provided subject to availability where the fault is not caused by the renter. - Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and disputes are subject to the courts of Johor Bahru. - Add-ons
Child seat, Touch 'n Go card and additional driver are RM20 each per rental. An additional driver must be added for a second driver and above. A purchased Touch 'n Go card (without balance) belongs to the renter permanently. - Probationary (P-plate) drivers
Drivers holding a probationary (P-plate) licence are not able to rent a car. - Personal data
Information submitted through the booking form (name, phone, email and trip details) is used only to process your rental and contact you, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
