- Malaysian renters with a valid Malaysian IC: deposit as shown above.
- Foreign renters: RM1,000–RM2,000, depending on the car and verification.
- Accepted payment: Touch 'n Go, PayNow and bank transfer. Cash deposits are accepted on weekdays only.
- Refund: within 30 working days after the car is returned in the agreed condition, less any deductions.
